Hi all,
I've to ask some questions about rules of this competition, as they do not seem completely crystalclear right now..
First point:
MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
I'd like to submit a DJ set made by myself, while another friends wants to submit another personal DJ set.
If we decide to submit a third one made by both with another alias, we can be disqualified? As me and this other guy are starting a joint venture for producing..
This is not a trying to make "more sets = more chance to win", i'm just partecipating for fun, as he is doing (i suck at djing ).
Material used in the mixes must be publically available. This means it is either for sale on any established record store OR available as a free download directly from the artist themself. This means you cannot play your own material or friends material unless it is publically available to others. Crystal Clouds has the final say on the legitimacy of any material used in the mixes.
Ok, so bootleg made by me while mixing cannot be used?
Like if I tomorrow make a bootleg between Beethoven's Ninth Simphony & Lethal Industry, I cannot use, because it is not publically avaible?
Thank you all for explanations
Currently Listening To: Astuni & Manuel Le Saux - Faith (Original Mix) |

Perhaps not crystal clear in these circumstances, but to clear it up for you....
We cannot accept the B2B mix as well as individual mixes from the both of you.
Infact i never even thought about B2B mixes, but well its too late to change the rules.
If you wish to do a B2B instead of an individual mix each, thats fine - but you cannot do both this time around!
For the second question, unless you make it publically available on say your wordpress site, you can't use it im afraid!
Trying to keep things fair for all |

They seems also fair to me, but I just wanted to have "crystal clear" information about those questions |

Ok, perfect
This wasn't a rant about rules, just asking for some more explanations about some "not so crystal clear" points.
As I said before, rules seems fair to me .. |
