Biography
NatLife - is the "pioneer" of Ukraine trance scene. His first steps in electronic music were in the early 2000s years. During his five years he got a lot of experience produced his first tracks in 2005: "Live in Obscurity" and "Black Sea" which received a lot of support from the top trio Above & Beyond and later Armin van Buuren. The next tune "Nature LIfe" got a personal mashup from Markus Schulz and support from Matt Darey. There are so many DJs playing NatLife's stuff it is impossible to list full support here. From the most famous tracks we can note remixes for Hibernate, Brooklyn Bounce, Lost Witness, Sasha Da Link/Vectrex/DJ Shah, has released on top-compilations from High Contrast/Spinnin'/Sony BMG. Also he is a signed artist of some top electronic labels like Black Hole, Mental Madness, Armada, Afterglow, System, FSOE and so on.
In 2008 NatLife started a DJ career from a big pre-party to Creamfields festival, with Ronski Speed in the Jara-rave club. There was around 1000 people who opened for themselves a new trance name in the dj scene. He is a summer resident of the biggest Ukraine beach club "Arizona".
Currently, Igor has stopped the "NatLife" project as a producer (but not as DJ).

Completly rapt in energetic and melodic trance sounds, often use more techy stuff in his sets. His fascination of electronic music has started at a very young age. As a 7 he listened to compilations of Jan Michelle Jarre and Kraftwerk. He put his first steps as DJ and producer in 2004.
His debut productions were remixes of Viscid's tracks released in Jood Deep and Inaspace in 2006. For a next year he improved his musicianship gaining experience in production and signing contracts with Neuroscience Recordings and Kerf Music. The turning point in his career was winning a remix competition of "Wildfires", which was organised by Comunicate Recordings in 2008.
Playing live he fully uses benefits of technology by using laptop and midi controllers with Ableton Live setup, making his sets special and unique. Productions of Alex were supported by names like: Tiesto, Paul van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Paul Oakenfold, Agnelli & Nelson, Roger Shah, Sean Tyas, Christopher Lawrence, Lange, Judge Jules, Kutski, Scot Project, Dumonde, Graham Gold, Matt Darey, M.I.K.E., Tillmann Uhrmacher, Ernesto & Bastian, Aly&Fila, Mark Sherry, Activa, Marcos, DJ Choose, John O'Callaghan, John Askew, Daniel Kandi, Manuel Le Saux, Suzy Solar, Ali Wilson, Bryan Kearney and Tom Colontonio.
Apart from music, Alex active practises sports (tennis sailing, and swimming) and studies multimedia technologies. He is a big fan of Final Fantasy games and Star Trek series.
"Alex is fast becoming one of Poland's biggest exports. His sound is fast and energetic and fit into my sets really well. He is pushing the harder, techier side of trance which a lot of people have now moved away from and is proving that there is still life in the genre. I won't be surprised if he gets his break in the next year or so and becomes on of the leading producers of this sound." Rob "Activa" Stevenson (Discover / Vandit)

Guy Mearns
Guy Mearns is the fifth DJ that Crystal Clouds is pleased to bring you as a part of this nu-depth Spotlight.
Guy Mearns introduced himself to the trance scene in the summer of 2009, with his remix of Coldplay's "The Scientist". It became Tiesto's closing tune for most of his massive festival gigs, including playing it to the 25,000 people at Victoria Park.
On the back of this success, Guy's single "Sunbeam" achieved the much sought after "tune of the week" award on Armin's ASOT show during the 420th episode and he signed it to a number of compilations also! By now people were starting to asking who this producer was and were he had come from.
With remixes and releases coming up on Spinnin, Abstract, and Factor4 in early 2010, plus his relentless engineering skills featuring on labels such as Armada, Black Hole, Perfecto and Discover, it's only a matter of time before Guy rises up the ranks and joins the elite.
Also in the new year, we will see the launch of his own record label "Tanjii" which will basically be a producer showcase label, to allow a consistant way for Guy to release his tracks. This will allow alot more experimentation with different sounds, while the more familar sound will feature on the more established labels. 2010 will definately be the year he puts his firm stamp upon the scene.
